Fu-Tai Philippines, Inc. (FTP) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2012 as a local engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company in the Philippines with its current paid-up capital of Php50Million. It was established as another subsidiary of Fu-Tai Engineering Co., Ltd. (Fu-Tai) in Taiwan which inherited Fluor USA’s expertise.
Fu-Tai Philippines, Inc. is now more confident to achieve its goals for various industrial sectors comprising Oil & Gas, Petrochem Power Plant, Industrial Plant and Infrastructural Projects with its associates namely Sen Yeh Construction Co., Ltd. which specializes in rail track works and Jiang Feng Construction Co., Ltd. which on the other hand is a specialist in massive civil works, both in Taiwan. Currently, Fu-Tai Philippines together with its partners are engaged in a railway project as sponsored by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) for the rehabilitation of the railway running from Tutuban to Malolos, Bulacan stations.
