Stress management offers a range of ways to help you better deal with adversities in your life. It is important to manage stress for you to have a more balanced, healthier, and more productive life.

Some Coping techniques are:

1. Meditation: Meditation can help you clear your mind and build skills to manage stress.  A simple deep breathing can help you feel better.

2. Make time for hobbies: Hobbies can help you relax and reduce stress. Do what you Love Doing!

3. Time management: Prioritize tasks by importance and urgency. Learn to say NO gracefully.

4. Keep a positive attitude. Accept that you can’t control everything. Tip: The Serenity Prayer

5. Be Active. Exercise, eat nutritious food, and have enough sleep
