‘BING’ brings with her close to 3 decades of working experience focused on her fields of expertise, that is, Customer Service/Client Relations, Training and Development and Relationship-building. She leverages on this passion backed by her rich background from different service-oriented organizations such as tourism, retail, telecommunications, events management and consulting industries.
She is a Certified Trainer of the DiSC™ Model of Behavior. This framework made her understand how relationships can be enjoyed especially at work to be able to reach the peak of productivity inspite of people’s differences. She has undergone her Neuro-Lingusitics training and hopes to be one of the Meta-Coaches in the country.
Having spent four years as General Manager of John Maxwell’s local corporate training partner in the Philippines, one of the big events that she has led and organized were 2 consecutive simulcast events in Metro Manila and Cebu. These were attended by almost 15,000 delegates from the various sectors from the corporate, business, NGO and the professional sectors, to name a few. This was during Dr. Maxwell’s most sought-after leadership Summits in 2008 and 2009.
Her love for training heightened when she went back to the tourism industry in 2009. She realized that she could actually make an impact in people’s lives. Giving trainings on Leadership, Customer Service, Complaints Management, Sales/Negotiation, Personality Development and motivational talks to various industries such as banking, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, shipping, travel, retail, health care as well as the academe, to name a few, brings more fulfillment for her knowing that people, young and old – develop a passion to do more than what they think they can.
