“Nida” is a Human Resource practitioner with extensive professional experience in the areas of Training, Human Resource, Operations and Finance Management. Her key strength include management support particularly in planning; business policy development and implementation; organizational design and structuring; budgeting; monitoring and controlling; and human resource development.
Nida’s expertise is the result of 30 years of combined hands on experiences from different companies such as Universal Robina Corporation where she held the position of HR and Training Head; Republic Chemical Industries Inc. where she held the position of Executive Assistant to the President; and Engineering Equipment Corporation where she was responsible for overseas employment services.
She was able to assists these organizations align their business processes to business strategies and policies, specializing in the compliance of inter-company support services and outsourced services. She loves to perform training and workshop facilitation. Her passion to help company in maximizing their most important asset – the human resource, always drive her to fulfill every project with utmost excellence.
Nida is a Cumlaude graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sta. Mesa Manila.
