Renato “Rene” G. Liamzon has over 27 years experience in different fields of technical and operational discipline . Early career in computer hardware development , installation and technical support services, later career on electronic design works and automation systems . During these years, part of his career include users training and technical training for various clientele . Big shift of his career comes 5 years solid operational experience handling more than 600 people that deliver business objectives/goals – setting strategy, implement and structuralized the system.
This operational experience brings him the experience of training people under his organization in Humane Organization, Planning system, Interaction Management , interpersonal skills development and Organizational Improvement to achieve best result . During this years he is facilitating several discipline on Work Ethics, Teambuilding , supervisors skills enhancement , Global 8D , FMEA. Root Cause Analysis, SPC ,Train the trainer . Had been also involved in consultation work on specific company problem that requires efficiency, cost improvement and Cost Management .
On Top of his Technical competency he believes that training people on their individual competency will bring the best result for the company as well as the person’s well being . Rene has been employed in 4 companies in his 27 years of experience – He is 51 years old, a graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology 1983, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering. Special courses in UAAP for “Humane Organization, Asian Institute of Management for a special course on Management by Philips semiconductors. Have taken special course from Ashridge University UK for “Mastering Semiconductors Business”.
