ECOPROFIT Consultants return to Manila!
The team of Eco Profit consultants is back from Austria. In their 2-week training, the team was trained in Eco-profit concept and how it works for different companies. The training consisted of lectures, workshops and company visits and mainly focused on waste, water and energy management, material flow analysis, eco-friendly purchasing, hazardous working materials in the environment and identification of environmental costs.
The team visited 10 companies from different industrial sectors, which have witnessed the change brought by Eco Profit activities. These companies proudly showcased the benefits reaped by implementing the Eco Profit solutions.
The group has also visited the S – House (Sustainable House). All material used in the house is from sustainable materials such as wood panels, straw bale and even the screw used that were used to fix the walls. The S House is a monumental proof that we can fulfill the needs of the present generation without compromising the needs of future ones!
